Join PAE Associate Luke Hendricks for an in-person tour through the PAE Living Building. Located in the heart of Portland’s historic Skidmore/Old Town District, the mixed-use building will be the first fully certified Living Building in Portland and largest urban commercial Living Building in the world.

The design is integrated into the fabric of the historic neighborhood, embracing a forward-looking future for the city with the highest possible energy performance, sustainability standards, and architectural aesthetic.
