This ASPE approved presentation looks at value engineering in general and questions to consider when deciding to use PVC or ABS pipe instead of cast iron.

Actual projects will be discussed, and logical questions will be presented. Proper backfill standards for plastic pipe will be presented as well as differences between solid wall and foam core plastic pipe.

An ASPE CEU is available for attendees.
